Pressing Aids

A Tailors Pressing Aid is used to aid the pressing of all body seams and curves especially long or difficult to reach seams using heat and steam, leaving a very professional look.

Use to shape darts, shoulders, collars, hip curves and bust fullness. Excellent for pressing gathers and prevents seam edge imprint on cloth face

.

Covered with a strong twill cotton in natural beige on one side and durable 100% wool on other side.

The smooth cotton side is used for cottons and linens whilst the 100% wool which gives some grip is used for silks and satins.

The Tailor Pressing Aid is filled traditionally with sawdust.
